This imposing natural landscape stone gives the impression of a distant mountain range as seen from above. The sharply rising peaks on the left side of this stone give way to a prominent ridge, both indicators of a younger mountain range that is still increasing in height. This attractive stone was collected many years ago by the late Angelo Attina, one of Italy’s premier stone collectors. This beautiful stone is 39 cm wide, 8 cm high, and 24 cm deep, and has a natural, uncut bottom. The base was carved by Attina.
