Viewing stone appreciation is a newly emerging art form in Uruguay, evolving from the Uruguayan Association of Bonsai. The small but growing group of stone enthusiasts are just beginning to find attractive stones in country in the southeastern part of South America. These stones were collected by Pablo Antunez in the Rio Uruguay near a hydroelectric power plant. We thank him for sharing photographs of his stone with us.
