These river cobbles from Tibet are very hard. Their coloration may be dark green mottled with black specks or nearly black mottled with green. Little is known about this stone, although it resembles serpentine rock. This type of stone, new to the viewing stone community, has been appearing in recent stone exhibitions in China.
