Meigui stones are a silicate mineral known as manganese inosilicate and consist of Rhodonite often associated with manganese minerals and pyrite. These stones originate in Taiwan and are known as Rose stones because of their rose-pink color. The stones are shaped, polished and displayed in hand-carved wood bases when used as viewing stones.
